If they don’t answer don’t go unless there are special circumstances.
This saves me a trip ab out three or four times a year.
The only exception is if I talked to them an hour or two ago and even then that’s dangerous unless they say they’re staying home for some other reason like meeting another trade.

Traffic is a lot better after 10:30 and after 3:30 or 4:00 it gets worse.
You can try texting or email but you have to get a response back or you can not be counted on it.
