OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prompt communication is a hallmark. We have been in this business a long time.
CANCELLATION: Please give us 24 hours notice, or as much notice as you can.
MINIMUM TIME is 1-1/4 hours, which includes 15 minutes of travel time.
RESIDENTIAL RATES: $90.00 per hour, per electrician (112.50 minimum), plus parts.
FREE ESTIMATES if you provide drawings. There may be a small fee to draw up a contract.
PARTS: Cost plus tax, 15% overhead and 10% profit. Small parts are 2X wholesale.
COMMUNICATION: Don’t hesitate to call us if you have any concerns.
IF YOU ARE TAKING OFF WORK: Your time is valuable, call just before you leave.
WARRANTEE: Seven years on workmanship. Parts by manufacturer (usually a year).
WARRANTEE WORK is free if it is our fault. It will be clear when it is found and fixed.
SAFETY: Working conditions not up to California O.S.H.A. standards result in cancellation.
